Important:
All services are provided based on the specific agreement, quotation, or package selected by the client.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery
Respond to communication within reasonable timeframes
Review and approve documents, designs, or deliverables when requested
Use all documents and materials provided ethically and lawfully
Not copy, distribute, or resell Vita Anchor materials without written consent
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional costs.
4. Payment Terms and Conditions
A deposit (typically 50% or as agreed) is required before work begins
Full payment terms will be specified in the quotation or invoice
Payments must be made via approved methods (bank transfer, etc.)
Late payments may result in:
o Suspension of services
o Delayed delivery
o Additional administrative fees
Ownership of work remains with Vita Anchor until full payment is received.
5. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines will be agreed upon at the start of each project
Timelines are dependent on:
o Client responsiveness
o Scope of work
o External dependencies (if applicable)
Vita Anchor will make every effort to meet agreed deadlines but cannot be held responsible for delays
caused by:
Late client feedback
Incomplete information
Third-party delays

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
Refunds (if applicable) are at the sole discretion of Vita Anchor
No refunds will be issued for:
o Completed work
o Digital products or templates once delivered
Cancellations
Clients may cancel services in writing
Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly
7. Intellectual Property
All materials created by Vita Anchor remain the intellectual property of Vita Anchor unless
otherwise agreed in writing
Clients receive a limited usage license upon full payment
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited
8. Limitation of Liability
Vita Anchor provides services with professionalism and care; however:
We are not liable for:
o Business outcomes or financial performance
o Losses resulting from use of our services
o Decisions made based on advice or materials provided
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service
All services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific results.
